Holly Springs is another result of the railroad that ripped through the state on its way to Atlanta.  Here, the success of the agricultural industry was made possible by ready access to the trains, which attracted the interest of the areas farmers and investors. Adding to the industry of the town was a massive marble quarry, but timber production was its greatest asset.  Today the city is still fairly small, and the southern charm is going strong.  Friendly neighbors and peaceful surroundings make Holly Springs a great place to settle.
